REFUND & CANCELLATION
1. Cancellation & Refund Charges are as follows (applicable on total tariff) :
Before 30 Days of Arrival – 90% Refund
Between 7-30 Days of Arrival – 60% Refund
Less than 7 Days of Arrival – Zero Refund
2. Booking will be automatically cancelled if the guest does not check in or no show on the date of reservation.
3. No Refund is possible if the Guest does not show up or check in within the date of Booking.
4. Cancellation charges to be refunded by A/c payee cheque in favour of Guest name and address as given at the time of Booking.
5. No cancellation will be allowed for subsequent days once a guest has checked in.
6. Services Charges & any other Govt. Duties may be charged extra, as when applicable.
7. Tariff is subject to change by the hotel management without notice.
8. All disputes / legal claims are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
